Resource Architecture has launched a new Team Based Working model that encompasses the design of work behaviours, work spaces and work tools. It removes the traditional command and control, risk based and process driven hierarchy and adds a high level of collaboration, trust and shared purpose.

Using agile work methodologies, Resource Architecture’s design creates an environment where teams and individuals want to be held accountable. A purpose is able to be seen in each team and the role of the individual within the team is clear.

Visit the exemplary pilot at La Trobe University for a 30 minute keynote by Workplace Architect Graham Kirkwood and a 30 minute walk through.

The current business climate is uncertain, disruptive and volatile. Highly skilled talent is not enough to adapt and thrive in a world that is changing at an exponential rate. When pressure is put on your employees they need a stable foundation that supports them, allows for flexibility and connects them to a shared purpose.

Many managers across the globe are creating small structured teams in the workplace in an attempt to foster agility, flexibility and innovation but few look deeper into how to create a foundation to achieve this. An organisations process, structure and spatial design has a large effect on whether they thrive or dive.
